I consent to him/her participating in doping control procedures if selected, undertaken by an independent sampling officer ("ISO") appointed by UK Sport. I acknowledge and agree that I am subject to the Rules of the LTA (including, without limitation, the LTA's Anti-Doping Programme, the Disciplinary and Dispute Resolution Procedures and the Regulations Concerning Match Fixing, Financial Speculation and Betting) and hereby fully and unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction and authority of the LTA I consent to him/her being involved in any publicity connected with LTA Supported Tournaments, including media interviews, photographs and TV footage. Rules & Information

General

1) This tournament will be run in strict accordance with the ITF Rules of Tennis, the Rules of the LTA and the LTA Tournament Regulations, including the LTA Code of Conduct (as each may be amended from time to time).

2) Every competitor must be a British Tennis member and have an LTA rating. This shall not apply to events using handicap scoring, or events which carry ATP/WTA/ITF world ranking points.

3) Any player may be required to submit to a doping control test, which may be carried out at any time with no notice given. Failure to submit to the test will be treated as if a positive result has been obtained.

4) Players may NOT enter two tournaments that run over the same period & must be available for the entire duration of the event.

Entries

5) Entries must be registered & entry fees paid by May 17th. Cheques are payable to "Salisbury LTC" & the entry form sent to the Entries Secretary. Email entries are acceptable but must be followed by a cheque to guarantee entry.

6) No player may withdraw from the event after the draws for the tournament have been made, except through injury, illness or personal emergency. All withdrawals after initial verbal or written communications to the Referee must be formally notified to the LTA on the Withdrawal Form available via the LTA website (www.LTA.org.uk) or via County Associations or the Referee. If no satisfactory explanation is received within a predefined period then an automatic Penalty will be applied at the Referee's discretion.

7) No entry fees will be refunded after the Draw has been made.

8) The Committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without stating a reason.

The Draw

9) A player's Rating & Ranking is that at the closing date. Any seeding will be based upon the player's Rating & where applicable Ranking. It is the player's responsibility to notify the tournament of any official change to their rating.

10) The Draw will be made using the TTP Software.

11) Competitors will be advised by the Entries Secretary of their first match time.

The Tournament

12) Matches in the Main Draws will be the best of 3 tie break sets. A consolation event will operate for first match losers. The Referee has the option to change the format as necessary during the tournament.

13) Only recognised tennis clothing & tennis shoes may be worn on court & any advertising must comply with LTA Tournament Regulations.

14) A player must not leave the grounds without ascertaining the time of his next match.

15) The LTA Code of Conduct will apply. Any competitor abusing the facilities of the Club, or displaying bad sportsmanship, may be defaulted from the Tournament.

16) The decision of the Referee in all matters in connection with the Tournament is final. The committee can entertain no complaint relating to the Tournament unless lodged in writing within 48 hours of the cause of complaint.

17) ITF Approved tennis balls will be used.
